AUDITING SERVICES

Davidson, Holland, Whitesell & Co., PLLC has a dedicated audit department which is ready to provide full and limited scope audits, reviews and compilations of the financial statements. Our auditors are experienced individuals who specialize in giving you an independent assessment of the financial results of your business and its financial accounting practices.

Our auditors receive at least 40 hours of continuing education annually in courses primarily geared towards auditing and accounting issues. We can assure you that we are aware of the latest financial accounting pronouncements and how they will impact you. We also meet or exceed the rigorous requirements to perform audits under Government Auditing Standards.

We are a voluntary member of both the SEC Practice Section and the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Division for Firms. Such membership subjects our engagement work papers and financial statement to a thorough review by our peers. This means that clients and third-party users of financial statement can be assured that our firm will be measured by the same quality control standards as the "Big Six" firms.
